A very friendly down to earth place. The chef and waitress engaged us in lovely conversation before we had our lunch. The food was great and we felt home all the time. Thanks Scollards!

This is a cute little no-frills spot tucked away on a Yorkville side street. I experienced friendly service and an old-school diner-style breakfast served on the tiny backyard patio.

I ordered the Western omelette breakfast special, which came with coffee (and refills), sliced tomato and toast -- didn't feel like fried food this morning so skipped the fries that normally come on the side, and enjoyed the gluten-free option for the toast. The special comes with a little shooter of your choice of juice, but I skipped that too. Total came to about $20 with tip.

It's a deli, it's a diner: it's not fussy or fancy. I got a solid, old-school breakfast on a hungry morning, which was exactly what I wanted.

I used to love grabbing lunch at this place. I recently got a chicken caesar salad, within 20 minutes my stomach started to knot up and I felt nauseous. I'm not sure if it was the chicken or the type of salad dressing they use but I dont think I'll return.

We walked by this Deli and I wanted to stop in for a coffee.  We ordered the home made blueberry crumble and it was delicious! Not too sweet and a perfect afternoon treat.  This Deli was full of regulars and everyone was really friendly here. I'm glad that we stumbled across this Deli!

Excellent service, fast and tasty food - feels like a hidden gem!

Owner seems to know everyone who comes in, and if he doesn't know he does his best to make you feel welcomed and like family.

This is a nice one stop shop- they even have a liquor license and a little store of essentials!
